If you connect to the Application using credentials from a Third Party Application (as defined in our Terms and Conditions) such as FACEBOOK, you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your username and access credentials. We may also collect other information available on or through your Third Party Application account such as your name, profile picture, country, hometown, email address, date of birth, gender, friends’s names and profile pictures, and networks. You can also choose to add voluntarily personal information to your profile, such as your mobile phone number and your mobile service provider. Usage, log data and cookies When you use or interact with the Application we may use a variety of technologies that collect information about how the Application is accessed and used such as : - Information about your type of subscription and your interactions with the Application such as interactions with services which are offered or made available on or through the Application- details of your queries and their dates and time-Information about you geo-location-User Content as defined in Terms and Conditions you post to the Application including messages you send and, or receive via the Application-Technical data as URL information, your IP address, the type of devices you use to connect, UDI, devices attributes, network connection type and provider, network and device performance, browser type, language, information enabling digital rights management, operating system.

How We Use The Information We Collect:

1. To provide, personalise and improve your experience with the Application’s services–to ensure and improve technical functionality of the Application, develop new services and analyse your use of the Application (interaction with services made available and offered through the Application)
2. To communicate with you for service related purposes (via emails, notifications and other messages which you agree to receive)
3. To enable and promote the Application and other services( features and content plus services made available through the Application )
4. To process your payment, prevent and detect fraud.

1. “Affiliates” (companies affiliated to E-mycook). Affiliates may use this information to help provide, understand and improve the service (including by providing analytics) and Affiliates’s own services.
2. Third-party organizations that help us providing the service to you,”Service Providers”. Our Service Providers will be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary to provide the service under reasonable confidentiality terms.

Transfer to Other Countries

Personal information we collect may be stored and processed, for the purposes set out in this Privacy and Cookie Policy, in Australia or any other countries where E-mycook, Affiliates and third party agents operate. By using our service, you consent that your personal information may be transferred to recipients in Australia and other countries that may not offer the same level of privacy protection as the laws of protection in your country of residence or citizenship. The Electronic Arts privacy practices used in this privacy & cookie policy comply with the APEC Cross Border Privacy Rules System.

Security

We are committed protecting our user’s information. Your password protects your user account, so you might use a unique and strong password, limit access to your mobile phone or device and log out after having use E-mycook. While we take data protection precautions, no security measures are completely secure and we do not guarantee the security of user information.

Children

The application is not directed to children and minors under the age of 18 (in some countries stricter age limits may apply). Refer to our Terms and Conditions. We do not collect personal information from persons under 18 or under the applicable “Age limit”. If you are under the Age limit DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION AND DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION TO US. If you are a parent of a child under the Age limit and become aware that your child has provided personal information to the Application, please notify us immediately at contact@e-mycook.com and you may request exercise of your applicable access, rectification, cancellation, and/or objection rights.

Accessing and Updating Your Information

You can view and amend much of the information we keep about you through your account and profile pages.
